Peter Monge Owner , NSCA, CSCS PT
Peter Monge CSCS, is a NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with over 10 years experience in the health industry including clinics and lectures at Equinox, The Peninsula Spa and Cardio Fitness Center. Peter has worked with Professional athletes as well as with preventive and post-rehabilitative cases. He currently works as a Consultant for The Harvard Club and Complete Body Development in NYC. He has a BS in Marketing from Rutgers University which has helped NYfitness to develop into a leader in the industry. His sports background includes: International Swimming competitions, Nationally Ranked Triathlete and competitive Soccer Player.

Alicia Milograno NASM, and ACE Certified Personal Trainer.
Alicia is also a certified Pilates Mat and Reformer Instructor. Most recently she earned a certification in Performance Sports Nutrition from ISSA. Alicia has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. She is experienced with pre and post-natal clients, as well as post-rehab exercise. Alicia's fitness background includes dancing, running, cycling and rock climbing. She believe fitness should be fun, functional and challenging.

Robin Simpson Master Trainer/Yoga Instructor/Pilates Instructor
Robin Simpson has worked in the fitness field for over 10 years. Her certifications are in Personal Training, Pre & Post-Natal, Senior Fitness, Injury Prevention & Rehabilitation, Group Exercise & Aqua Fitness. Her training style accommodates all levels and special conditions. She has experience in specialty populations such as post rehabilitation, MS, Muscular Dystrophy & Parkinson's patients. Robin has also incorporated fitness with special needs children. Her workouts integrate strength training, core stability, pilates, yoga & flexibility training.

Wai Moy
Master Trainer, EFTI/Martial Arts Instructor
Wai Moy was trained at EFTI by Doctor Paul Juris. He has studied Kinesiology, Anatomy, Biomechanics and Motor Learning and has been training for over 8 years.
Wai is a World Class Sanda Fighter and was part of the United States National Team that competed in The Pan-American Games and The World Cup from 2002 to 2003. He enjoys Rock Climbing, Surfing and Snowboarding.
Wai believes that "Working out should be fun" and utilizes his athletic background in combination with his comprehensive knowledge to develop creative and personalized exercise routines based on the concepts of Periodization and Athletic Training practiced by most competitive athletes and Olympians.

Neda Smith Nutritionist & Health Counselor
Neda Smith is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Health Counselor. She has received her training from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition which is an affiliate of Columbia University. Being a wife and mother of two small children she decided to become a Health Counselor, fulfilling her passion for getting adults and children to make healthy eating choices. Her program is filled with innovative techniques to help her clients find the path to a nutritious and well balanced lifestyle. Neda offers workshops and one on one or group counseling. Dinu Tugulea Personal Trainer
Dinu has been involved in sports all his life, including, running, skiing, snow boarding, basketball, soccer and most recently, surfing. He trained free-style wrestling from age 6, and has competed in national championships, usually placing in the top three. Now, he is a talented and skillful personal trainer with more than five years experience in promoting and delivering personal training services that ensure clients receive personal attention, motivation, and professional state-of-the-art exercise instruction. He develops an exercise program for the client based on fitness assessment results and the client's personal goals.

Allison M. De Vane
Pilates Reformer, Mat, Pre/Postnatal Certified Instructor
Allison M. De Vane studied with Teri Steele to receive her Pilates Mat certification and is now a member of the Pilates Method Alliance. Most recently Miss De Vane completed her Pilates Apparatus certification with Pilates Sports Center. She has added certifications in Prenatal/Postnatal Pilates and mat work with props- stability ball and foam roller. Miss De Vane received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in dance performance in 2007 from Kent State University, which has helped her to better understand the body and its capabilities. Individual sessions with Allison focus on helping the client to gain flexibility, strengthen and tone through Pilates exercises. Allison also stresses the importance of educating a client on the core principles of Pilates, as well as the anatomical explanations that support the principles.

Elyse Sparkes
Personal Trainer, PT ACE, Pilates, Yoga
Elyse's interest in human movement derives from her love of dance. She grew up in Maine where she studied ballet, jazz, and tap pre-professionally. Continuing on this path, she went on to receive her BFA in dance from the Purchase Dance Conservatory and holds a professional certificate of study in dance from the Rotterdamse Dansacademie in The Netherlands. Elyse is a certified personal trainer, accredited by the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She has additional certifications from ACE in 'Pre- and Post- natal Fitness', 'Exercise and Osteoporosis', 'Framework-7 steps to Healthy Muscles, Bones, and Joints', 'Pilates' and 'Yoga'. Elyse is also certified in Thai yoga massage through the Traditional Thai Yoga Massage center in New York City.
Jennifer Breslin
Founder
Jennifer is a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer with a background in Ballet and Tae Kwon Do and has won gold medals competing in State Competitions. She started out as a trainer in Equinox, and quickly starting her own private business before partnering up with Peter to create NYFitness. Jennifer has training experience in sport specific cases, preventative and post-rehabilitative cases as well as pre & post natal. She has recently worked as a consultant for the Harvard Club of New York City transforming the Training Methods and Business Structure of the Fitness Facility with extraordinary results. She enjoys the physical, educational and business aspects of the Fitness Field

Edwin Vera Master Trainer
Edwin was born and raised in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, he has always been involved in sports. With experience in track and basketball in high school, sports and fitness have always been an important part of his life. Edwin attended LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY and graduated with a degree in Psychology with a concentration in Criminology. While training to prepare for the New York State Troopers exam, Edwin became intrigued with the world of fitness. He then went on to further his education at the National Personal Training Institute. Edwin regularly trains and program designs for athletes, mothers, teenagers, and clients with special limitations. He also uses a variety of methods of training utilizing strength, conditioning, complexity and power to help his clients reach their needs and goals. In addition, he has trained in boxing, kickboxing and has extensive knowledge of nutrition.
