Ibetliza Frias CHC is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Health Counselor. She received her training to practice Health Counseling at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories—combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts like the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, the Zone and raw foods. In addition to this, she received a Certificate from Teacher's College at Columbia University for this training.
Ibetliza grew up being health conscious due to her own issues of being an overweight child. Her mother shared a passion for holistic nutrition and passed this on to her at a very young age. Ibetliza takes pride in her own health and loves to be able to give that away to her clients.
